100% Nebbiolo cru Pajorè.
The vineyard faces west, south and east.
Very complex soil even within its vineyard, with a prevalence of silt.
The perfect cradle for classic, elegant and complex red tannin wines.
AGING
It is aged in big oak barrels of 5,000 liters each.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS AND PAIRING
In the glass it shows a bright and dense garnet red.
The nose opens with tertiary notes of cocoa and black tea, then hints of violet and lavender, small berries, blood orange, wet rock and balsamic notes of eucalyptus and mountain pine.
In the mouth it is fresh, sapid, of great fullness with well-polished tannins and with a very balsamic finish accompanied by hints of juniper.
It is a great red wine and it should be accompanied by large red meats and long-aged cheeses.
After dinner, alone, it is the ideal companion of any evening.

It is advisable to open at least an hour before pouring and decanting.
