It presents a medium-textured soil
with limestone and clay.

AGING

It is aged in steel tanks.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS AND PAIRING

It presents a ruby-red color.
The smell reveals a good vinosity and it developes the
typical bouquet of this variety: plum, cherry, black cherry,
blackberry and fern.
On the palate it is fresh, fruity and with a long persistent finish.
It matches with cured meat and fresh cheese.
