The vineyard is located in a clayey soil with a layer of river pebbles on the surface.
AGING
It is aged in big oak barrels of 5,000 liters each.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS AND PAIRING
It shows a transparent garnet color.
On the nose spicy notes of black pepper and juniper berries leave room for small berries, blackberries, graphite, close eucalyptus and mint.
In the mouth it is elegant, full-bodied, fresh, tannic and pleasantly sapid.
It goes well with first courses with game ragù, grilled or stewed meat and aged cheeses.
