100% Nebbiolo
The vineyard is exposed to the south/west.
It presents a medium-textured soil with limestone and clay.

AGING

It is aged in steel tanks of 10,000 liters each.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS AND PAIRING

It shows a clear garnet color.

It presents a fresh nose, with mint and eucalyptus balsamic,
star anise and accompanied by spicy notes of nutmeg and
small red fruits, graphite and cocoa on the bottom.

The palate confirms the great olfactory freshness and
excellent flavor, with a long spicy finish.

Excellent paired with veal roasts, grilled red meat and longaged cheeses.
